at Westleton Village HallFor those who like to move but are reluctant to get on the floor, have weak wrists/arms or problems with balance and strength. This class is designed to gently get you moving again, showing you how to stretch and build strength in forgotten or neglected muscles. You should experience improved strength, more confidence with walking, moving and balance.
Individual Sessions designed around your personal needs
Traditionally, yoga was taught individually, to ensure that each student gained complete understanding and mastery before moving to the next stage. This individual approach is suitable for students at all levels of experience, from beginners to more experienced practitioners. These sessions take place in my private studio in Spexhall, 3 miles from Halesworth, or online via Zoom.
