Mixed Ability Yoga

Tuesdays 11.15am to 12.30pm

at The Cut Dance Studio, Halesworth

A refreshing approach to Yoga and exercise tailored to energise and integrate your body, calm your mind and lift your spirit. Tutor Trish Dent combines her experience of energy work with yoga asanas and other exercises to improve suppleness, strength and wellbeing, whatever your age.

Stretch and Strengthen

Thursdays 6pm to 7pm
from 6th September
at The Cut Dance Studio, Halesworth

Trish’s combination of core work and other strengthening exercises, along with stretches and joint mobilization, helps you build strength and recover your range of movement, leading to an improved sense of wellbeing and vitality.

Start-the-Week Yoga Sessions

Join me for Monday Morning Yoga in my Spexhall Studio. Warm-up stretches leading to a key yoga pose to practice and perfect, plus meditation to focus the mind, leaving you prepared to deal with whatever the week throws at you. This will be a mixed ability class, with exercises on the chair, on your mat as well as standing.
Beginning Monday 3rd September

Cost is £8 per session, with an initial commitment to 5 sessions.

Private Yoga and Exercise Sessions 

Sessions designed around your needs. 
Traditionally, yoga was taught individually, to ensure that each student gained complete understanding and mastery before moving to the next stage.  This individual approach is suitable for students at all levels of experience, from beginners to more experienced practitioners. Come to my Spexhall studio or I can come to you.
