A new term is upon us.
I'm excited about starting my new exercise classes; I've called them "Nearly Yoga Stretch". This class will be more dynamic than my Thursday morning classes. It's at the Phoenix Centre in Dunwich and begins on 24th September at 7pm. It will be followed by Mindfulness Meditation from 8.15pm and finishing by 9pm at the latest. The meditation is an optional extra, for which there is no charge, but donations for the use of the fabulous Barn Room will be accepted.
I will be continuing my "Shiatsu Stretch" classes on Thursday mornings at the centre, starting on 26th September at 10am.
