Late Spring Yoga Workshop

10am - 1pm
at The Hub, Huntingfield
Stiff or supple, we all benefit from stretching and strengthening our bodies. This morning, we'll be easing our bodies into movement through a series of warm-up exercises, Yoga asanas, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation.
It's an opportunity to immerse yourself a little more deeply into a yoga practice.
The Hub is a wonderful modern building with underfloor heating and a light and airy space for exercise. I'll be serving a refreshing tea during the morning.
Bring a mat, block and blanket, or ask me to bring one for you.
