Spring Yoga Workshop

10am - 1pm
at The Hub, Huntingfield
Stiff or supple, we all benefit from stretching and strengthening our bodies. This morning, we'll be easing our bodies into more activity, in line with the Spring equinox, through a series or warm-up exercises, Yoga asanas, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation.
It's an opportunity to immerse yourself a little more deeply into a yoga practice.
The Hub is a wonderful modern building with underfloor heating and a light and airy space for exercise. I'll be serving a refreshing tea during the morning.
Bring a mat, block and blanket, or ask me to bring one for you.
